The Pro Shop’s mission is to create opportunities for professional growth and connection through the game of golf, addressing the significant need for women to have a place to learn, grow, and thrive in what has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. We believe progress is possible with a strong, inclusive community of women, male allies, and supporters working together.

We host engaging networking events at the driving range, provide small-group golf instructional sessions, produce Golf Etiquette 101 content, and facilitate mentoring opportunities to help all professionals leverage golf for business success. Additionally, our Professional Development Programs are designed to help participants enhance their interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills—offering valuable tools for personal and professional advancement.
